From the moment you walk through the
front door you know its time to put your feet up and relax. This
spacious, comfortable vacation breakaway home has a light, airy
quality which makes you want to kick off your shoes and enjoy the
cool sea breeze, whilst enjoying high standards of comfort. Come
wake up to the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach and
afterwards enjoy a cool champagne breakfast on our spacious patio
whilst enjoying the spectacular breaker views.
Stunning sea and beach views make this sixth floor 4-star apartment a must!
It is fully furnished and comes complete with a spacious balcony that makes it
possible to enjoy the benefits of living outdoors. A large Weber gas braai,
dining suite and lounge suite on the balcony give visitors everything they
need in order to enjoy the feel of the sea breeze upon their faces throughout the day.
Lazy Lizard is situated only 20 metres from the beach and less than 200 meters from the municipal swimming area.
This comfortably furnished sixth floor apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in three bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom (including both a shower and a bath)
and opens up onto the balcony. The second bedroom which also opens up to the balcony has two single beds.
The third bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower.
Both the main bedroom and lounge have air conditioning to keep you cool during those hot days and
there are fans in the other two bedrooms.
The combination lounge/dining room is equipped with full DSTV (no smart card needed), DVD and
a Hostess unit for those special days! We have also included some games, magazines, puzzles and
paperbacks for those rainy days which occasionally happen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing
machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, with all the necessary
utensils to make your home dining experience a breeze.
Each item in the apartment has been carefully selected with attention
to detail that won’t go unnoticed. Sea Breeze provides a home away from home.
All bed linen and bath towels (no swimming towels) are included. You needn’t worry about
cleaning from Monday to Friday. Though there is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays,
you can make arrangements with the cleaning service to provide you with an additional service on these days if needed.
Holiday makers will enjoy the ‘village-like’ atmosphere of Umdloti. It is a short stroll to the ‘up market’
restaurants and shopping facilities that Umdloti offers. If city life is needed, Durban and Umhlanga offer
everything from shopping centres with wave machines to theatres, casinos and tourist excursions throughout the region.
